Assessment Packages
I can get you scheduled quickly and most reports are delivered within 14 business days. I utilize a multi-informant, structured diagnostic process. This includes the DIVA-5 clinical interview—the gold standard for ADHD diagnostics—alongside the latest digital assessments. This ensures that the report you or your child receives is not only fast but is built on the highest level of clinical evidence required for school/work accommodations or to discuss medication decisions with your healthcare provider.

How It Works: Your Step-by-Step Guide
Getting answers shouldn’t be complicated. Here is exactly what to expect when you work with me.
STEP 01
Schedule Your Free Consultation
The first step is a complimentary 15-minute phone call — and you don’t have to wait for me to call you back. Simply click the link here to see my calendar and book a time that works for you, day or evening. This call is completely no-obligation. Bring every question you have. By the end of our conversation, you’ll know exactly whether my assessment process is the right fit for your needs. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your clinical interview before we hang up.
STEP 02
Complete Your Intake Paperwork
Once we’ve agreed to work together, I’ll send you a secure link to my client portal where you’ll complete standard clinical intake paperwork from the comfort of your home. This is straightforward and can be done on your own schedule. Getting this done promptly keeps your timeline on track — the sooner it’s in, the sooner we move forward.
STEP 03
Complete the Screening Assessments
After your intake paperwork is received, I’ll send you a set of validated digital screening tools through the portal. These are not tests you can pass or fail — they are structured questionnaires designed to give me a thorough, multi-dimensional picture of what you or your child are experiencing.
For adults and college students, the assessments capture attention, executive function, mood, and stress patterns. For children, I gather information from multiple sources — caregiver, teacher, and the child themselves — to build a complete 360-degree picture.
STEP 04
The Clinical Interview
This is the heart of the assessment. We’ll meet via Zoom for a structured diagnostic interview using the DIVA-5, the gold standard clinical tool for ADHD diagnosis in both adults and children. I record the interview so I can give you my full attention while we’re there.
For adults and college students: The interview runs approximately 90 minutes.
For children: The interview runs approximately two hours. Parents are welcome to be present, and for younger children I do count on a parent’s perspective throughout. However, your child does not need to sit for the full interview — in fact, how long they are able to engage is itself clinically useful information. A minimum of about 30 minutes of your child’s participation is helpful. Teenagers may choose to meet with me separately — that is entirely their call, and I respect their autonomy in making it.
A deposit is charged on the morning of your interview. The remaining balance is due when your report is delivered.
STEP 05
I Write Your Report
I begin writing your report within days of our interview, while everything is fresh. My goal is to have your complete 12-20 page clinical report ready within one week of the interview — provided all paperwork and teacher forms are in hand.
To be transparent about my timeline: if all materials are received and we complete the interview on a Wednesday, my goal is to have your report ready and your feedback session scheduled by the following Wednesday or Thursday. I build in a small window for thoroughness, but I take the 14-day turnaround seriously. You will not be waiting months for answers.
STEP 06
Your Feedback Session
For adult and child assessments, we’ll meet for a dedicated feedback session to walk through the report together. This is not a quick summary — it is a real conversation. We’ll review the findings, discuss what they mean for your daily life or your child’s school experience, and map out the next steps that make sense for your situation. You’ll leave with clarity, not just a document.
For college students: The feedback session is not included in the base package but is available to schedule as an optional add-on. Many college students find it valuable — it’s there if you want it.
Your complete report is delivered through the secure client portal the night before session. So you have time to look it over and formulate your thoughts. The remaining balance is charged at this time.
